Indians could use a series split tonight at home

Cleveland needs to split this series with the Yankees as they try to climb the standings in the AL Central, where they are 7.5 games out of first place. The Indians have had an up-and-down season so far and their last 10 games played tell the story. They are 5-5 in their past 10 and just cannot seem to go on a prolonged roll. T.J. House will look to send the Indians towards a win streak when he takes the mound.

Yankees look for win following bad news

One day after placing Masahiro Tanaka on the 15-day disabled list, the Yankees will look to win a second straight game in this series and three of four. New York will send David Phelps to the mound, who has an ERA of 4.01, but he was impressive his last time out. In a no-decision, Phelps allowed just one run against the Minnesota Twins this past weekend in a 2-1 loss for New York.

On Thursday night we are placing our bets on the Yankees and Indians at BetOnline.ag, where the Indians are favored at home. We are going to bet 10 percent of our bankroll on Cleveland and the -124 money line as they split the series with New York with the All-Star break right around the corner. Place your bets early and enjoy a summer night of baseball.
