MLB AL Central Division – Pennant Race

The MLB season is now in full stride and divisional races for the Pennant are starting to heat up. Since All-Star break we have noticed that many teams that were once considered clear favorites to win the Pennant, have now simmered down, and vice versa.

Currently in the American League Central Division we have a Pennant race between the Minnesota Twins (74 Wins) and the illustrious Chicago White Sox (70 Wins). Unfortunately for the Chicago White Sox the near schedule does not have these two teams facing each other which would have given the White Sox an opportunity to close the gap between them and the Minnesota Twins.

Needless to say both of these teams are fighting tooth and nail to win the AL Central Division, however their main focus is going deep into the playoffs which neither team has had much luck in recent years.

As we head into the final stretch, the Minnesota Twins have a much easier schedule, where the White Sox have to play the New York Yankees another couple of times.

Las Vegas currently has the Minnesota Twins favored at 9/1 odds to win the American League Pennant.

Las Vegas currently has the Chicago White Sox favored at 15/1 odds to win the American League Pennant.
