Best Stadiums In Major League Baseball

There is no experience like watching a baseball game live, and there are no better stadiums in professional sports than there are in baseball.

I haven’t had the chance to visit as many Major League Baseball stadiums as I would have liked to over the years, but I have been to my fair share of games, ate my fair share of jumbo hot dogs and drunken more than my fair share of overpriced barley sandwiches.

Top MLB Stadiums

In addition to the stadiums that I have personally seen for myself, I have also heard about a lot of other great stadiums that have made my list. Below you will find SBR’s top 5 list of the Best Stadiums in Major League Baseball.

Coors Field, Denver Colorado

At #5 on the list we have Coors Field in Denver Colorado where Colorado Rockies play. Coors Field is known for its spectacular interior and the urban restaurants and lounges in the surrounding area.

PNC Park, Pittsburgh

Coming in at #4 we have PNC Park in Pittsburgh, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Any seat in the house is a great seat giving spectators a view of the river, Clemente Bridge, the Pittsburgh skyline and Mount Washington. Because of the Pittsburgh Pirate’s horrible record, this might be the easiest stadium to catch a game at.

AT&T Park, San Francisco

Making our list at #3 is AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. This stadium is known for their fantastic selection of food and the calming bay view. If you are like Barry Bonds, you might also enjoy the Steroid Boutiques located just a couple of blocks away.

Yankee Stadium, New York

At # 2 we have a stadium so great that it doesn’t have to be named after a bank or telephone company. The new Yankee Stadium has set the bar for all sports franchises from here on out with their bigger than life statues and open concept interior. Although this stadium doesn’t have the same history as the “House that Ruth built”, it sure will 25 years from now.

Oriole Park, Baltimore

Without further ado, the best stadium in Major League Baseball is the home of the Baltimore Orioles, Oriole Park. This one-time railroad center is situated next to the City’s Inner Harbor and just two blocks away from the birthplace of “Babe” Ruth. Oriole Park at Camden Yards is one of the most beautiful sites I have ever witnessed. This baseball-only facility embodies both culture and new age technology. Oriole Park should be a must see stadium on any baseball fan’s bucket list.
