Although we had to connect with Live Chat in order to find out, the rollover requirements apply to the deposit amount alone. DSI’s Refer-a-Friend program offers a 10% match of any new referral’s first deposit capped at $200 per referral. They also sport a Rewards program that offers rewards such as cash back, airline miles and gift cards.

Help and Support at BetDSI Sportsbook is available by email, LivePerson chat or via toll-free number, but we aren’t impressed with Diamond’s two-business day response time for emails. On the flip-side, our experience with Diamond’s LiveChat agents was nothing short of stellar, as was the service we received from their phone operators. As is standard in the BetCris family, players can get in touch with the DSI support agents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all year round. Our main complaint is that they made us listen to ads for every department but the deposits department. We prefer when betting companies try to be a bit more subtle about their thirst for our money…

Although we do try and a unique point of view for each sportsbook we review, in this case, we are bound by how different DSI is from BetCris or Bookmaker, which is to say, not that much. All things considered though, we still give DSI our approval as a recommended sportsbook.
